With National Inclusion Week approaching, Sky were looking to realise their new initiative for this years’ theme, “Each One, Reach One”.
The aim was to connect people from around the UK from different job roles and backgrounds to get together, to meet someone new and to talk about inclusion within workplace.

Approach
We designed and developed a platform whereby users could register themselves to be matched week with an employee with a different job role and background to themselves. Conversation starters were supplied for the meeting and staff were encouraged to share their virtual or face to face meeting on Yammer.
Supporting assets including Yammer banners and infographics were used throughout the campaign to show the breadth of upcoming events for diversity and inclusion within the business.
Results
The campaign was a huge success, seeing Inclusivi-tea extended by a further five weeks to allow more people to take part.
