Overview
Annually Worldpay hold a customer conference, where they invite 200 of their key clients, mainly leadership level from a retail background.
The event is an excellent opportunity for customers to network amongst like minded people at a similar level to discuss business challenges and priorities, in turn Worldpay have the opportunity to showcase their products. Worldpay asked Avvio to refresh and reimagine the event as Worldpay transitioned into the FIS Group.

Approach
Utilizing a ‘Gig/Concert ’ creative we designed a stage and branding to blend seamlessly with the beautiful surroundings of the St Pancras Hotel, Kings Cross London.
A key part of the event was to provide opportunities for Worldpay and their customers to network so interactivity was a big focus. Throughout the day Worldpay leaders, customers and guest speakers presented and interactive tools were provided to the audience so they could ask questions, create worldclouds and answer polls. During break times we created a large expo area where Worlpay's latest technologies and services were showcased.
Results
The event was a great success with overwhelmingly positive feedback scores from customers and they left feeling more engaged in Worldpay's products and services.
